A rare and aged single malt Scotch whisky that has spent 26 long years carefully maturing in American Oak ex-bourbon casks. This expression was created to honour Glenfiddich's line of continuous family ownership since William Grant founded our distillery in 1887. We've created a vibrant yet soft and delicate expression, with a deep and complex balance of sweetness and dry oak tannin. Bound to excite the palate and awaken the nose.

A moonlit glint of sleek steel flashes, a stunning presence in the sweet calmness of the night. Swiftly the katana, a sword crafted with complexity and precision, pierces the depths of darkness, revealing the bold mysteries of the midnight hour. Wielded with astonishing skill, it shines as a symbol of elegance and craftsmanship. Mortlach is famed for its sweet yet savoury taste, defiantly rare among Speyside malts. Moved by this contrasting spark of umami, their Malt Master drew inspiration from the flavours of Japan, and finished part of this stunning expression in ex-Kanosuke Japanese Whisky casks. To add balance to the sweetness, ex-Pinot Noir casks were used to finish the remaining part of the whisky, in a combination of the utmost precision. A striking golden gleam introduces sweet, alluring aromas of ripe melon and pear. On the palate, drily spiced savoury flavours cut through a scintillating sweetness. These contrasting notes entwine, to create a brilliant umami-rich depth of taste that lingers in the long, enticing and spicy finish. The result is a sweet-savoury intensity as deep and complex as the mark of the mighty katana.

Matured in a combination of the finest Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks for a minimum of 21 years, constantly watched over by the Parliament of Rooks who next at the Distillery, the outstanding whisky continues great GlenDronach tradition of offering fruit-laden intensity in its single malts.

Named Best Spirit in the World in the Spirit Journal, on two separate occasions, the intense balance of the flavours found in Highland Park 18YO owes everything to the five traditional keystones of production, honoured for over 220 years. Slow-burning, aromatic peat from Hobbister Moor; hand-turned floor maltings, Sherry seasoned European oak casks, cool maturation in the temperate island climate and a long and unhurried harmonisation process. Highland Park 18YO is predominantly matured in 1st fill European oak Sherry-seasoned casks, delivering a remarkable complexity over time. It delivers lingering layers of sweet honeyed malt wrapped up in subtle floral peat smoke. Over 18 years, the cool Northern climate causes the whisky to age slowly and evenly, providing balanced maturation and depth of flavour.

The last hours of a perfect autumn day when the world looks like a golden dream filled with cookie-coloured leaves and butterscotch skies... What would that taste like? The answer is, this dazzling, luminous whisky - a rhapsody of warm tones like purple heather, leaves swirling in the wind and hues of lemon, copper and gold. To create it, Glenmorangie gather the silky, fruity spirit from their giraffe-high stills and let it steep in American oak casks. No less than 15 years later, they transfer a portion into Oloroso sherry casks for three more years. Once 18 years have passed, Glenmorangie reunite them to create its warm balance of sweet, floral lushness. By maturing the liquid in small batches in five unique casks, we create a liquid that is rich, complex, varied and above all storied. As the name suggests, this new offering from Laphroaig is inspired by the knowledge and traditions passed down from generation to generation of its distillery managers, blenders and craftsmen.

This is a wonderfully rich and complex single malt. Opening with rich and spicy aromas of crème brulee, heather honey and crumbled cinnamon, intensely fruity notes follow - fresh pineapple dressed with a scattering of sun-kissed lemon zest. There's a hint of freshly-baked sponge cake too, warm from the oven, and you'll find cinnamon again, but toasted shards this time. Citrus and vanilla notes linger in the aromatic waves of peat smoke.

This is the perfect start to the maturation journey as it develops their house style of chocolate, orange and spice. This Dalmore is then fully finished in casks having held a very unique sherry, created especially for The Dalmore - a blend of classic & aged oloroso and rich & sweet Pedro Ximénez, formulated to provide the perfect enhancement to their house style. The result is a stunning and elegant Dalmore single malt, bursting with sweet fruit and decadent spice.
