You will need:

• 60ml Little Biddy Hazy Gin
• 30ml fresh lime juice
• 15ml honey syrup
• 45ml cloudy apple juice 
• Egg white or vegan egg foam

To make:

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker and first dry shake if using egg white or vegan foam (shake without ice), then add ice and shake for a second time
2. Strain over ice in a highball glass
3.  Garnish with an apple slice and a sprig of mint
