The Helmsman white is aged for over a year which leads to a light blonde colour and sweet flavour. Same as a dark rum, white rum is made from sugarcane juice or molasses, and usually has a shorter distillation period. It makes it a perfect choice for many classic rum cocktails, such as Mojito, Pina Colada, or Daiquiri.
