Put a sweet twist on a classic! The natural sweetness of the maple balances the sour lemon, warmed with the smooth & creamy notes of The Glenlivet 12YO.

You will need:

  • 50ml The Glenlivet 12YO
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 15ml maple syrup 
  • Egg white/aquafabba (optional)

To make:

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
  2. If you are using egg white or aquafabba, first dry shake (without ice) vigourously to emulsify.
  3. Add ice & shake again
  4. Double strain into a rocks glass over cubed ice or a chilled coupe glass without ice.
