This Chardonnay is sourced from carefully selected parcels and guided through the winemaking process. Natural ferments and seasonal rhythms are embraced, allowing the wine to evolve at its own pace. Pale lemon-lime in colour, it opens with aromas of red apple, sweet fruit tea, white flowers, and subtle lees spice. The palate is pure and dry, with white orchard fruits, wood spice, and a refined, stone-like minerality. Youthful acidity and ultra-fine tannins give it tension and structure, while a delicate lees character adds depth.
