Tradicional Silver is made with 100% blue agave. It is irresistibly refined. When bottled, a special process is used to conserve its flavor and finish at freezing temperatures. This means that it can, and should, be kept chilled in the freezer and served as a crisp, smooth, frozen shot.

The Doba-Yej is bright and floral with beautifully balanced citrus notes, perfect for enjoying neat or in cocktails. Doba-Yej means Maguey Espadín in the ancient Zapotec language and each label features a Mexican war hero. Altos Tequila Plata is made from 100% blue agave grown in the Los Altos highlands of Mexico.

Altos Reposado tequila is made from 100% blue agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico and aged in former whiskey barrels for 6 to 8 months for good measure. Sweet and citric with notes of vanilla and wood.

Made from hand-picked Weber Blue agave grown in Los Altos highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. It is organically fermented, distilled in copper pot stills, then aged for at least 5 months in American oak ex-Bourbon casks delivering a high quality tequila. It has a sweet aroma with a touch of smoke that is sure to make your night golden. Enjoy neat or in your favourite shots.

Paquera Espadín is made with cultivated agave Espadín in Ejutla, Oaxaca. This mezcal was curated for it's use in cocktails but it's also good neat. The agave used in this mezcal are cooked in an underground pit oven, mashed by horse-drawn tahona, fermented in oak vats, and double distilled in a copper still.

With aromas of citrus and tropical notes including lime peel, banana and black pepper. The taste is soft and sweet with flavours of fresh and cooked agave, honey and orange rind and lemon peel. A delicate and lingering finish.

100% Espadín Agave made in small batches, 200 metres above sea level from their own fields. Cultivated between 5 and 9 years old and baked in stone ovens. Naturally fermented in oaks casks and distilled with copper stills and coils.
