Bay and Barnes leaned on our cousins across the ditch for the grapes to make this classic Australian Chardonnay. Following harvest, fruit was gently pressed before settling. Specially selected yeasts were used to start fermentation. From there the wine was delicately matured on oak and lees stirred to impart lovely toasty flavours and a creamy texture.

Fruit sourced from Australia brings to this wine delicacy and minerality. Each parcel of Pinot Gris is harvested at optimal ripeness, the subtle residual sweetness and time on lees add weight to this wine. Pair this Pinot Gris with a Thai green chicken curry, or good old-fashioned roast pork.

This Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from vineyards throughout Marlborough's Wairau Valley. A range of carefully selected aromatic and texture enhancing yeasts were used during fermentation. Parcels of wine were tasted and blended with precision to create a delicious Sauvignon Blanc which showcases classic Marlborough character.

Black Barn's selectively picked fruit ensures optimum quality and ripeness, while thier artisan winemaking philosophy creates wines of depth, character, and remarkable cellaring ability. This is a crisp, medium-bodied, elegant Chardonnay with struck flint, mineral, citrus, grapefruit, and white peach flavours. The wine has an appealingly ethereal texture and a lengthy finish.

On the nose, expect vibrant aromas of bright citrus, freshly plucked apples and delicate white jasmine. On the palate, stone fruit notes are met with rich undertones of vanilla and clove, harmonized with warm spice and a touch of oak-derived toastiness. The interplay between the oak and fruit brings a balanced finish, with higher toasty notes lingering gracefully.

This wine greets you with stylish stone fruit aromas of nectarine and apricot, which follow through on to the palate. The wine has a beautiful balance of crisp refreshing citrus flavours underpinned with rounded white fleshed peach, hints of warm biscuits and subtle oak notes on the creamy finish.

On the nose there is an array of floral notes with Nashi pear and apples, complemented by white peach and guava flavours. Lovely flavours of Nashi pear and apple combine on the palate to create fullness with crisp acidity to create balance.
