This is a smooth and fruit orientated Gimblett Gravels blend. Deep purple in colour, it has a bouquet of dried herbs, red berries and subtle hints of cedar from a period of barrel maturation.

Pinot Noir; notoriously difficult to cultivate, but with luck, love & perfect conditions, she will reward you with the performance of a life time - a minx & a devil in disguise, a Fickle Mistress. Central Otago's cool climate consistently produces exceptional red fruit flavours of cherry, raspberry and redcurrant, but with concentration and length to match. This wine is layered with black and red berry fruits, complemented by blossoming aromas of dark plum.

Pinot Noir is fickle but she is charming, she is temperamental but bewitching. She is the Fickle Mistress.

Delicious aromas of raspberry, strawberry and black Dawson cherry with hints of violets. The taste is all dark fruit cake and plum, with hints of spice and savoury, 'forest floor' aromas. It's full, complex and delicious on the palate!

A bright and pure Pinot with good fruit weight and sweet spicy undertones. Layered and harmonious with a structural complexity yet offering lovely drink now approachability.

A blend of Grenache and Syrah grapes, this wine is elegant and round with a spicy finish.
